Vegan Hospitality Consultant Training is led by our CEO Meredith Marin who will teach you her High Impact Hospitality Consulting method. This 90 day training includes live group virtual trainings and personal coaching time with Meredith. You’ll get to know people from all over the world who are passionate about creating vegan friendly options in their communities and beyond.

No hospitality experience necessary. You will learn to work with restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality businesses to help them create vegan friendly experiences for their guests. Successful candidates have a passion for vegan cooking, great interpersonal skills, and the desire to make a difference in the world.

The Vegan Hospitality Consultant Training Program is a consulting business accelerator that includes 12 weekly live training sessions (up to 2 hours each), providing the steps and tools to start your consulting business in your region. The program includes private business/personal coaching sessions customized to help you achieve your goals. You'll also receive extensive mindfulness training, with tools for values aligned goal setting and overcoming internal obstacles as an entrepreneur.

Since launching the program in late 2019, 80+ consultants have graduated, spanning 22 countries and 20+ US states. We have an active Alumni Network, where we continue to meet up (virtually) to share ideas and cheer each other on. Alumni ages currently span from 22-65, it is a diverse intergenerational group.

The program curriculum teaches you everything from starting your business to attracting clients and getting paid for your work, to the step by step method for maximum results when consulting (training procedures, menu writing, and more).

Curriculum highlights:

Weeks 1-4: Vegan Hospitality Framework - Understanding the industry, identifying your ideal client, key action steps to start your business, mindfulness strategies for entrepreneurship, 6 key strategies for client outreach, public speaking and pitching your services, contracts, invoices

Weeks 5-10: High Impact Hospitality Consulting Method - How to take your hospitality clients from zero to vegan friendly through professional menu evaluation, recipe development, supermarket tour, product sourcing, chef's training, menu writing and labeling, front of house training, menu launch and event planning, and client follow up

Weeks 11-12: Increasing demand for vegan food in your community, Working with supermarket clients, Group Q&A/sharing/assessment
