Meredith of Vegan Hospitality Recognized Among the World’s Top 50 Most Inspiring Hospitality Leaders

We’re proud to share that Meredith Marin, Co-founder and Executive Director of Vegan Hospitality, has been named one of the Top 50 Most Inspiring People in Hospitality & Travel for 2025 by the International Hospitality Institute in partnership with Global Hospitality Magazine, the most widely read publication for the global hospitality community. The annual list highlights leaders around the world who are shaping the future of the hospitality industry through innovation, leadership, and real-world impact. Meredith was recognized for her work advancing plant-based dining in hospitality, helping hotels, restaurants, and events better serve vegan and plant-curious guests while also addressing the industry’s growing sustainability goals.

Over the past several years, Meredith has worked to bring plant-based food out of the margins of hospitality and into the mainstream of menu strategy. Through Vegan Hospitality, she has built a global network of consultants who work directly with hospitality businesses to expand plant-based offerings, train teams, and design menus that resonate with today’s guests.
