She is the founder & CEO of The Hippie in Pearls LLC, a boutique consulting firm based in Washington, DC, that partners with organizations across hospitality, healthcare, education, and professional services to design inclusive dining programs, elevate customer experience, empower employees, and strengthen environmental stewardship. A member of the Maryland Bar with a law degree from the Catholic University of America, Kelley brings 17 years in public service, 14 years of plant-based living, and 5 years of zero-waste leadership to her dream company and personal brand. Kelley is on a mission to take her clients and community to the next level. She works with clients locally, nationally, and internationally who are ready to gain a competitive edge and redefine what hospitality and sustainability look like in the world today.
