Nada Elbarshoumi
Nada is a plant-based culinary consultant, development chef and communications expert. She is passionate about driving a more sustainable future of food and empowers F&B businesses to embrace plant-forward dining through her company, Kinfoli Culinary Consultancy. A vegan of over 14 years, she established OneArabVegan.com in 2011, one of the MENA region’s pioneering vegan food blogs. Nada has been recognised as a thought leader, featured in leading broadcast and print publications worldwide, including The Guardian, BBC Arabic, Vice News and Middle East Eye among others. In addition to being the MENA region’s first certified Vegan Hospitality Consultant, Nada is a graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in London, where she specialised in Plant-Based Culinary Arts. She is also certified in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition at Cornell University. Prior to founding Kinfoli, Nada’s career spanned over a decade in the PR and communications industry where she consulted for world-renowned consumer and social impact clients. Originally Egyptian, Nada has called Abu Dhabi in the UAE home for over 9 years.
