Nathalie Haspel
Nathalie Haspel is the founder of the vegan consultancy V-Faktor, based in Switzerland. She supports restaurants, hotels and catering companies on their way to becoming more vegan-friendly and offers advice in the areas of menu planning, communication and marketing. In addition to her training as a Vegan Hospitality Consultant and her experience in vegan gastronomy, her Master’s degree in Communication and Market Psychology forms the basis for her consulting skills. Her vision is to create a (gastronomic) world in which an animal-free diet is possible anytime and anywhere without compromising on taste. Her focus in her consultations is on a holistic approach in line with the customer’s values, so that they can provide their guests with a great dining experience, regardless of their dietary preferences.
