Steve is the founder and CEO of El Gourmet Curativo, a consultancy helping restaurants, hotels, and hospitality businesses across the Asia-Pacific region embrace plant-based cuisine with confidence and creativity. A seasoned chef with experience managing large scale establishments in Europe, Steve draws on his global background and Hong Kong base to combine operational expertise with culinary innovation, supporting businesses in their transition to sustainable dining. Trained in VH’s High Impact Consultancy framework, he provides menu evaluation, recipe development, and staff training designed to strengthen brands, improve profitability, and broaden customer appeal by delighting all diners — not just vegans. Drawing on travels to over 60 countries, Steve designs menus that celebrate local culinary identity while meeting modern dietary expectations. Known for reimagined classics such as Tofu Tikka Masala, Dubai Chocolate Brownies, and his signature Plant-Based Wellington, he demonstrates how familiar favourites can become vibrant, inclusive dishes.
