Living a plant-based lifestyle since 2017, Terri West developed a passion for helping others to boost their personal health with a plant forward lifestyle. Unsatisfied with boring side salads, Terri earned certifications in Plant-Based Nutrition, Plant-Based Cooking, and Vegan Hospitality Consulting. As the founder of Plantfully Pittsburgh, she coaches restaurants and hotels in what modern-minded plant forward (as well as traditional!) guests desire from apps to dessert. While privately coaching individuals on healthy eating habits, Terri recognized the overwhelming challenges faced by her clients in conventional restaurant settings. Rather than accepting the popular notion that consuming health-promoting food is limited to cooking at home, she resolved to empower food businesses to offer craveable, plant forward options so that health-conscious diners can comfortably enjoy the social opportunity of dining out with their entire group. Leveraging her background in Sales and Business Management, Terri specializes in customizing service packages to meet the unique on-brand business needs of each client. Terri is on a mission to empower the Pittsburgh area food scene to deliciously, inclusively, and profitably accommodate the growing demand for plant forward cuisine.
