Well-versed in small business operations, he provides services in menu evaluations, recipe development, staff training, fresh mushroom and specialty ingredient sourcing, and marketing strategies to bolster local community support. Teddy is passionate about working with restaurants, catering companies, and hotels to transform price-friendly, healthy ingredients into gourmet, sustainable dishes to attract new and loyal customers through special events and community engagement.
