Byrne has been vegan for more than eight years, and her love for cooking goes all the way back to childhood. Over time, she developed a passion for re-imagining traditional dishes in a compassionate, plant-based way. That journey ultimately led her to become a Vegan Hospitality Consultant. Byrne’s mission is to help food service and hospitality businesses become more inclusive and thrive in an evolving market. She provides training that empowers teams to confidently create delicious, approachable plant-based meals, specializing in menu planning, brand selection, recipe development, and staff training. She also offers guidance on accommodating guests with allergies and other dietary needs. Byrne’s goal is to make it easy for businesses to welcome every guest with care and confidence.
