Jennifer is a plant-powered Hospitality Consultant and founder of the thoughtful fork. she works with restaurants and active travel companies, providing menu consulting services including recipe development and staff training with the mission to make satisfying plant-based dishes more accessible and satisfying. Her background as a bicycle traveler and cartographer of cycling maps, ideally situates her to understand the detailed needs of niche audiences–and the loyalty inspired in them when their needs are met. Jennifer is a mission-driven entrepreneur, believing that access to nutritious food is a human right. She volunteers with local organizations to bring more food to underserved communities.
