Elena Irlanda

With nearly 20 years of international experience, Elena brings a strong background in 5-star hospitality, service excellence, and event management to vegan hospitality consulting. She worked across diverse markets and cultural contexts before becoming self-employed as a vegan caterer and private chef in Portugal, specializing in weddings and corporate events, as well as bespoke private dining. She is currently in charge of a school cafeteria in Cologne serving 140 students. Known for her practical, hands-on approach, Elena supports hospitality businesses in devel-oping plant-based menus, optimizing operations, training teams, and implementing vegan concepts that are both commercially viable and aligned with high service standards. Her work is grounded in deep operational knowledge, international perspective, and a passion for making excellent vegan food accessible and successful.
