Nikolett is a Vegan Hospitality Consultant, providing services in menu creation, recipe development, and staff training. She is passionate about working with restaurants and hotels in Valencia, Spain, and Budapest, Hungary, helping them create inclusive menus and confidently serve vegan guests (including those on a gluten-free diet), while maximizing the potential of local ingredients and cuisine.  Having worked in the vegan trademark industry for four years, Nikolett has up-to-date knowledge of the latest plant-based innovations, trends, and ingredients, and can confidently recommend great vegan meat and dairy alternatives to work with. As a vegan of nearly a decade, she is also familiar with current local plant-based options, as well as the challenges, needs, and preferences of guests with dietary restrictions. When it comes to veganism and sustainability, Nikolett believes in the power of positive inspiration, creativity, and non-judgemental education, which is why hospitality consulting sits at the intersection of her passions and expertise.
