Heather Heath is the founder of vegan culinary consulting, a vegan hospitality consultancy based in las vegas. She is a seasoned culinary professional with deep connections within the local and national vegan community. Prior to launching Vegan Culinary Consulting, Heather was the founder and owner of Vegas Vegan Culinary School & Eatery in downtown Las Vegas, offering hands-on, in-person and online vegan cooking classes, alongside a restaurant operation that blended approachable, healthy comfort food with both sit-down and grab-and-go options. The venue also featured an elevated evening dining menu, late-night offerings, and a popular Sunday brunch. Heather personally developed the menu, executed all dessert offerings—including a proprietary vegan cheesecake that continues to be wholesaled to local restaurants—and oversaw all operational, organizational, and administrative functions of the business. heather’s culinary expertise, 30 years of operational leadership experience, and financial discipline informs her strategic, results-driven approach to consulting.
