Molly Blackshear
Molly hails from Dayton, OH. Born and raised as a vegetarian and became a vegan in 2017. She was vegetarian for ethical reasons so as she learned more about the dairy & egg industry it only made sense to become vegan. She has always rallied and advocated for better living not only for the animals but for people too. She has spoken at the Vegan Festival in her city on sustainability, factory farming, and the effects food has on marginalized communities. She had the first brick and mortar vegan restaurant in Dayton, OH. The restaurant was published in VegOut Magazine and had a great following. She decided to pursue the Vegan Consulting program to help build her network and learn more about public speaking and education. She worked with Waste Free Dayton and created content for their page. She is working on doing outreach to further expand vegan options and introduce more people to becoming vegan.
